Brazos Valley Schools CU

It’s either the bank system it self or the app but when I make a transaction I should be able to see it right then and there made a transaction on 5/03 and today is 5/06 and it still hasn’t shown up and shows I still have that balance when I don’t.

I walked in to Brazos Valley about 5 years ago!! I needed a loan and I was already a member !! I met the Branch Manager her name was Tamara! I felt so comfortable that I started asking questions. I had no credit she gave me a loan of a thousand dollars. I paid my first loan off early within six months I took out another loan and then did an express loan for Christmas then buy the time I knew it my credit score jumped and now I’m able to buy a house ! I was always intimidated by regular banks. A credit union is all about its members and not just about money ! I thank God for Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union . Without them I wouldn’t be where I’m at today.

This is terrible. I have banking apps with several other banks and have absolutely no problems. This one I can't even sign on. I goes to a page saying loading credentials and just stays there literally FOREVER!!! Thank God I didn't have my check direct deposit here yet because this app is horrible. I check my bank account daily all of them and this one is a huge disappointment. I was only able to log on once!!! This is ridiculous. I even tried deleting the app and downloading again but that did nothing. If you like checking your account with an online app don't count on this one to work for you. It's horrible!
