Used the website for the first order and that’s really clunky, the apps better, having a Wishlist type of function would be really handy, I also had to sign into the app multiple times so yeah could be improved but ordered twice and everything arrived quickly and easily, this is my new favourite app

As far as I’m concerned this app and business is amazing! If it turns out to be legit. I’ve heard some bad stories and I hope it doesn’t happen to my $1000 order. If it all goes well this app will receive thousands of dollars from me each month. If it goes bad I will be calling the ACCC. UPDATE: My delivery came today so thankfully I’m not out of a job haha. All items came within the estimated delivery period. The tracking ID for my order didn’t work and the response I got was not exactly prompt but it was within a week and was sufficient. I think all in all well worth it!

Placed an order in the morning Friday 6th of July 2018 and I picked the time slot for delivery 6-10pm that night. Received an email confirming order and payment. Never received my package with no call or email. I then sent an email on the 7th of July with no response. Monday early evening on the 9th of July I received an email saying my goods had been picked up by the courier and were on the way and expect delivery that night between 6-10pm. My delivery did not arrive again. The app said it had been delivered, funny because no one came and they were not delivered. I have sent another email today the 10th of July, again with no response. Still waiting for some contact from this poorly run business. No phone number to call and speak to anyone, only an email address that no one replies to. Paid for my goods that have still not arrived and unsure if they ever will. Unbelievable
