BOS Mobile Banking

Love being able to transfer funds to my kids accounts, mortgage loan and savings account. Great for mobile deposits and smooth functionality!

Every now and then the app will choose to work. But to many times I’ve been caught out shopping ready to pay at a register, and the app malfunctioned. I literally had to call a 1 800 number while I was stuck at the store & the end result was I used a different card to pay. Another occurrence is when I randomly check my account at 12 in the morning the app malfunctions every so often. This issue is becoming more frequent it states “ there has been a unexpected error try again later ” and you will literally be locked out of your account for who knows how long. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating!!!!

While the app itself works great and is well laid out, the significant number of updates prevents me from being able to check my balance quickly. I typically check 2-3 times a month and about 75% of the time I am unable to do so before updating the app. Please make the updates optional and allow the app to still function without the newest update.
