At first this looks to be just about the bonus scheme but I wanted to check my previous orders. I had to go to Google to sign in to find my order history. However if you click on “shop now” on this app then you can find previous orders. That doesn’t make sense. Surely this app could have a “ your orders” listed separately rather than the user going all round the Wrekin to find it. Also when I’ve ordered from an email notification it doesn’t allow you to use your points so it doesn’t transfer across. Customer services said not to use email notifications to order !! Not impressed. Still Love the clothes but not the app

I’m a new customer, when using the app you receive warnings about the app isn’t secure and you may be giving away your personal details. So this worries me. 2. I purchased a knitted cardigan/jacket. The care instructions are ridiculous. So I decided I would like to return it. But can I find the return section without receiving this security warning?-no Can I contact the company without receiving this security warning - no So what do I do? Very frustrated Customer and I will not be using this company again or their app

So far I’am not impressed with this app when I created an account on it it changed my card number. I thought it was a mistake I had made so tried to edit it only to find that you can’t edit it on the app so I deleted the account and created a new account carefully entering my card number so as not to have the same issue again and guess what it changed my card number again also I have used my card in store a few times and there’s no record of it being used ever so no bonus points have been credited to my account. I then tried to contact the company via the app only to get a message warning that this isn’t a safe site 😡
