I placed an order for bbibbimbap and money was immediately taken out. I placed an early order for my food to be done at 8:30 pm EST. The first red flag was that the screen where it asks you to make an account for convenience completely glitched. The second red flag was that even after creating an account there was no way to update the track your order / view your order section to include what you literally just paid for. The order number is completely useless. I could not pick my order up at 8:30 and called to ask if they could just make it the same time tomorrow or refund it. I called early enough to ensure there was no way the food was already made. The employee told me she couldn’t cancel or do anything on her end. Again, the order number is completely useless. After almost 30 minutes on the phone a refund was still not available and the only thing they could do was make the food the same time tomorrow but earlier like I originally asked. This app will screw you over if you are not careful enough.

1) The total cost before tax on two items was calculated incorrectly. 2) App forces a 15% tip with absolutely no option anywhere to change it. More details: 1) Incorrect total cost briefly fixed itself when something else was added and then removed from the basket, but the incorrect total was displayed again on the checkout. The difference was about 20 cents, but if this happens with every customer, it becomes a lot of extra money quickly which is pretty dishonest. Happened on the app and website.

The old app was not great but somehow this new version is SO MUCH WORSE! I don't even have the energy to list all the ways this app fails at being a functioning platform for ordering food. I couldn't even find confirmation that my order had been placed after several attempts each ending with a notification that in the one minute since selecting my pickup time, the time had changed. So I update to 5 minutes later and try again only to recieve the same notification and have to push out ANOTHER 5 min. In the end my order was placed but the ONLY confirmation I had that a transaction had been processed was to open my banking app and see the charge. I won't be placing another order until they either go back to the old app or completely overhaul this one.
