BJ Have failed in every single aspect of meeting ‘Consumer Expectation’ failing to date to get anything right. Initial manual order was not put on system , Hence ran out of fuel , my previous supplier came to the rescue. Agents/ staff do not listen, some of whom do not even know the ordering process . Connectivity process is totally flawed, it’s just a marketing smokescreen it is absolutely useless. inaccurate readings , so-called ‘Top Up’ emails, not arrived. Calls from DJ not returned . The complimentary 60 L for sign up has still not been applied to my account. I’ve asked several times no one seems interested. Unless I receive a phone call tomorrow from BJ, I will withdraw my money, cancel the agreement and ask for a full refund of costs and charges accrued . Had BJ returned my repeated phone calls this week I perhaps would have delayed writing this review,and which the content may have been different, but you see fit, not to take the opportunity to remedy the complete mess you’ve left me in I am considering contacting trading standards .

Paid the extra premium for next day delivery - phones them Several times for an update on ETA - Could not advise and said they could not track third party oil vendors . The oil vendor said the Boiler juice could all they had to do was ring them And they could advise- Eventually gave up on trying to get sense out of the not very helpful customer services staff. By 5pm called again only to be told the third party vendo was not going to deliver today. Rescheduled for next day ! Again no eta available De Ja Vous ? I

I am a happy BoilerJuice customer but I do find their iPhone app is very poor. The updated app isn’t really responsive. In my phone there are many fields that have overflowing text (the ‘your oil level’). They have been developing the app for many years so it is surprising it is where it is, I guess it is a very small dev team. The app requires a login but then passes you to the website for a number of actions that again requires login. IMHO there isn’t any value in the App if you keep getting passed to the main website. As I said, the service that BoilerJuice provide is good, the rating is for the App only. I would rate the service 4 out of 5
