During the height of Covid I was trying to find a bank to open an account with I searched several banks in the Rochester area. I went to five other banks and was told I had to wait anywhere from three days to two weeks to speak with a bank officer that could open line and I just walked away because it felt like I am all my money. I walked into the bank of New Hampshire and was greeted and taken into it an office where I deposited my money into a checking account I couldn’t figure out why nobody else could have one person that is able to help me that day. Jillion made me feel very comfortable and we had quite an in-depth conversation which made me feel like she truly cared and she did and does I love the ladies at the Rochester location they’re all very personable they always ask about my dog and recently I was told it if I wanted to I could bring my dog in to the branch office,Because they’re all pet lovers also. This coming week I will be bringing copper in with me I go into the bank because I enjoy talking with the ladies because they truly care about me and I care about them so if you would like an old fashion type bank with the new ways of doing things bank of New Hampshire is it. Ladies I commend you on the service that you provide you always know me by name and I am so proud to call you my bank thank you very much for all you do you go above and beyond you’re awesome and I recommend Bank of New Hampshire to everybody that I speak with. thank you again respectfully and loyalty yours Kevin Wood.

I moved to Massachusetts four years ago and am maintaining my Bank of New Hampshire account because the people there are so wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t solve within minutes. Last year my debit card went missing and I called them immediately and they monitored and froze my account. Their immediate action eased my mind knowing my account was safe. I only have good things to say about this bank and that means I never have to go anywhere else, Nor do you.

I always have the easiest time with this app on my iPhone XR. Transactions listed accurately and transferring funds is as simple as selecting one account to the next and entering the exact amount and funds are transferred basically right away. Hardly ever need to be at an actual bank to do any kind of banking. The only problem I have had lately was the last update done. There is a delay in my money being direct deposited to my account that never used to be there when I would get paid from my employer. Sometimes transactions I had made disappear for some reason and change my account balance with less or more money. I always have to wait until the weekend is over the following Monday to make sure I know what my real balance is. It can be frustrating when I only have weekends off to spend money as needed.
