This app logs me out multiple times while I’m using it and shopping in the store. The whole shopping trip takes longer because I have to log back in over and over. They also should update the app to include the brands of food and amount that are allowed. I always ask for the paper printout to have as backup because this info is not readily available on the app. Most recently every time I log in I can not use the scanner it gives me the message “unknown error please try again.” This has been going on for about a month. I have made sure my phone is updated and compatible with the app. I have restarted my phone, I have made sure the app is the most recent update and has deleted it and redownloaded it and nothing has worked. Instead of me being able to report it easily in the App Store or under the contact page for the app they want you to call the number on the back of your card.

As much as I do appreciate this app for letting us know what benefits are remaining on the card it is beyond frustrating that I have to not only log in multiple times during a shopping trip but also have to get a text message verification. It’s nice to use on small trips to see what I need quickly but if I am ever at a new store or have to use the scan part of the app I have to log in sometimes up to three times. I was once in a store and logged in to check to see if a certain box of cereal could be purchased and by the time I made it to the canned fruit aisle it had logged me out. I don’t take long to shop and you would think if someone just used the app within 10 minutes with their phone you are still using the app. This app is more secure than my bank app.

This is so much better than the vouchers that my daughter and son use to get back in 2004 and 2012… this is so much better because all I have to do is just click and punch in my information and it shows me what I haven’t used.. the only thing that needs is the face recognition; so the ones that has the face recognition can use their face instead of punching in their email and password information… because some of us forget our password because we have so many passwords..
