This is driving me crazy! Earlier today n April they were having a problem with the card issued to pay for med and prescriptions, now can’t even get in the app. Called, the IT Department had already gone for the day, before 5, so the person trying to help on the phone said I had to update the app. Went to the App Store, didn’t have anything about an update, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Same thing. “Unknown error occurred, try later”.
Won’t even log in with multiple different kinds of errors always popping up.
