BluSmart: Safe Electric Cabs

BluSmart HAD been quite reliable. But I had an airport reservation cancelled on me with no notification. Trying to rebook in the general time frame booted me out of reservations. Another time, a driver used foul language and demeaned me in Hindi thinking I only understood English. He was angry I wasn’t ready to leave 15 minutes before my ride time. Another time a driver went to the wrong neighborhood and refused to believe he was at the wrong address. Other than these 3 times, 2 of them being vital trips with a time component, it has been quite good.

I used this service for the first time with high recommendation from a freind . I was not disappointed. Driver Wahid was on time and very courteous! Great option for city rides especially with the bad experiences i have had with uber last minute cancellations. I highly recommend blusmart

When I first arrived in New Delhi in August 2022, BluSmart was the best car ride app. Clean cars, early (sometimes 15 minutes or more!) drivers, and you could reserve any time slot. NOW it is March 2023 and I am getting rid of this app. BluSmart appears to have expanded too quickly. It has become impossible to get any reservations, no matter how early you book ahead, during peak times. Furthermore, I was told that money I tried to add to my blue wallet, was not showing up due to issues with Razorpay, which I haven’t had issues with, and any other app. Overall, it is not worth the trouble to use this app. Uber remains more reliable, or even a Ola.
