Yulu - top eBike sharing app

This is totally ridiculous app for iOS users.. It is not properly developed there are so many options missing.. And the wallet amount is not refundable.. I have recharged my wallet with 50 rs + 250rs security deposit.. But never used due to unclear options on IOS app.. When I asked for refund of my wallet amount they are not ready to give that back and telling it is non refundable and somethig like company policies etc. First thing why a user have to be liable for the wallet amount if they don’t want to use.. What is the reason for not refunding users wallet balance to the user? Totally upset with the service and their policy..Why I need to loose my amount without using any of its service..I suggest not to use the app and don’t loose your money this way..

This is my first ride to grab the dinner sold at road side from work. Good that I tried the very impressive pause feature to add value to my cost of my ride. Love to rent again and you must give it a shot to experience yourself.

Both the cycles and the miracle is great but I had this one issue... when I unlocked the miracle it said it can go approximately 7-13kms but when I started the ride and no sooner did I go than the vehicles battery ran out! I had to push to miracle to the next yulu zone! And I was charged ₹20 even though I didn’t ride as the battery went out! So I would request you to refund the money... other than that the app is great...
