I'm not blind but I'm interested in tech that improves lives. For the blind it may go back to when I was in K/1st grade and I read a book about a boy who'd become blind from a firecracker, went to boarding school with his guide dog, learned to type and knit argyle socks. I was such a Pollyanna. . . A guide dog sounded amazing but it's not the only assistance I pay attention to now. I helped on apps to help people ID their pantry items, clothing colors, photo subjects, etc. . Combine assistance tech and maps/mapping systems and I have to check it out. This isn't one. This is a demo for the real thing. I have no idea why “Ukulele12” believes they should rate this at all. It probably only works under limited circumstances and it's possible they didn't use it properly.
Bad app. Don’t use it.
