I used to love it.
Until it stopped connecting to my otoscope. Why won’t it anymore ? This was so helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my ears. Now it is useless since it won’t connect to the app anymore.

Video recording is low resolution
I was tempted to give the app only 2 stars but it is simple to use and doesn’t want too much access to my phone so I give it credit for that. My major disappointment is the video recording feature. The otoscope we have is supposed to be 1080p but the recordings through bk WiFi are only 640x480 which is terrible. If they could fix that I would say at least 4 stars.

After one day... So far, so good!
The otoscope seems to have arrived mostly charged but I plugged it in for a few minutes before use. I downloaded this app, powered up the unit, connected to it in Wi-Fi, opened the program and I was immediately up and running on my iPad. Working with the short depth of field take some getting used to but I’m very happy with this product.
