Unfortunately I was so upset, and I thought it was a plug and play device. You have to change your network to the Wireless Visual Earpick that comes with the setup. The wird part is replacing your network to the device network (HNDEC_55…..) Just like when setting up a RING security camera; at the end, you receive what they’ve promised. YOU CAN’T go that deep into your ear, which is good, be careful, but if you have exercise wax or you have something in there, you will see it. SO IS GOOD, it was worth the price. Thank you HND. Your instructions maybe have to be more clear.

I do not like cleaning my ears with liquid so I bought this camera cleaner. After reading the reviews, I thought I would not like it or would have trouble setting it up. The instructions were a little unclear as the WLAN was actually under the WiFi, in settings. After getting it connected it worked like a charm. The only complaint I have is that I have smaller ears and the camera view look blocked at certain angles. I also wish the light was a bit brighter.

I tried to pair this ear camera with my phone through wifi like the instructions say. I connected my phone to the device, at first I didn’t give it permission to gather data about other devices in my network, and the app wasn’t working. Then I tried to delete and re-download the app and this time give it access to gather data about other devices in my network, and it still did not work. By “not working” I mean I went to the app after I connect my phone to the device via wifi and it just keeps flipping between the home page of the app and what I’m guessing is the camera page. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app, hit forgot network, tried to turn it off and pair it with my phone about 5 times now, and it is still not working. I am super disappointed as I was very excited to try this out. Now I’m probably just going to end up returning it. Probably gonna delete Temu too while I’m at it
