I have been an on again off again gym goer for YEARS. As a teacher life gets busy and you let things slide like your personal fitness. I love this app because not only are the results great (I think I put on muscle faster than I ever have), but I like that every single exercise has a video (which are informative and funny) to help you feel confident you aren’t mucking things up or looking dumb. The app tracks your progress, has an adjustable schedule for the workout set you picked, has healthy recipes to try, and just feels like a body positive place for women (which is so amazing). I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be stronger and feel empowered to do things at the gym without stress.
Absolutely love this app!!! I do various sports but wanted to get consistent with weight training. I liked Rachel’s approach as seen on her instagram so was excited to try this app. I’ve tried a lot of training apps over the years but never found any particularly compelling. I’m stunned how Bits has exceeded my expectations so far. The workout programs are interesting and challenging. It’s really flexible and forgiving when it comes to scheduling and following programs in the app. Lots of stats and encouragement along the way (go lift a couple of narwhals and tell me how good it feels 😂). And they’re adding features all the time. Also, absolutely affordable!! You get a ton of features for the money. It’s just a joy to use!
I’ve been shopping around and trailing different fitness tracking apps for a couple of years and haven’t found one I wanted to stick with. All the while, I’ve followed Rachel on Instagram forever and absolutely love her very cheeky approach to talking about fitness. 😆 When she announced she would be releasing an app, I knew it would be good- I signed up as soon as it was released and there’s no looking back! It’s easy to track your own workouts, but also very easy to use the workouts that are included in the app. It’s pushed me to use some machines and exercises that I haven’t before, and I’m building strength in some spots that were previously overlooked in my training. The interface is very cute and user friendly! The only thing I would change would be to have stats from last week’s workouts populate this week. So if I’m doing hip thrusts, I don’t have to look up what last week’s weight was, it would just be there. It’s not a big deal but would make things even smoother! Thanks so much for creating the fitness app I’ve been searching for Rachel! 💪🏻
