Birthday Card Maker & Frames

Downloaded this app with high hopes. It had all the options I was looking for but each time I used it, it crashes. I was never able to successfully make and save a card. This was doubly frustrating, as I really liked the app and the results. It crashed when I tried to access the ribbons. It crashed when I tried to save. It crashed when I changed color on text. It wasn't predictable and therefore I couldn't avoid the crash either. Glad I hadn't upgraded to the full version yet.

This app is everything I've been looking for. All the customization I want. I was totally willing to pay until it started crashing every time I tried to make a card. If I make a mistake on my text it won't let me go back and change it or the color. It won't let me save along the way so when it crashes I lose everything and have to start over. Please fix it!

This could be great. However, I've lost each card I've made except for two, and those two I was unable to send. Push one wrong button (there is no help, no tutorial) and you can lose everything. I would love the creativity of this app and all the possibilities it holds, if it worked. Oh yes, I was so excited about it that I bought an upgrade or two before I tried it. I'm now trying to figure out how to get my money back. Apple is not user friendly when it comes to refunds. Come on, Apple--you should be taking care of your customers!
