Big C PLUS

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. 1) the product search never shows correct results. For example, when I search for “plastic cups” all I see are baby bottles. If I search for “paper plates” all I see if toilet paper. 2) the “location” selection keeps glitching. I chose the BiG C Location 0.5km from my home. But it will randomly switch to another location 4km away. 3) 90% of the search results are “not available.” It took me 45 minutes to try and find the items I need. I gave up and just walked to BigC and did the shopping myself. The whole point of this app is to save time and hassle. It does the opposite - it wastes more time and creates more hassle.

Is Big C going out of business? The place is getting more bare every time I go there! There is very little product left to shop from

You do eventually get some of the stuff you order, but: * the search function is the worst I can remember. Want to order Haitai saltines? It won’t show up under Haitai, saltines, or ขนมปังกรอบ, but you can see it if you try crackers. * you choose a delivery time, and immediately get an email saying that your order has already been pack packed and will arrive at a different, later time. But of course it hasn’t been packed, and it is very unusual for the order to come within four hours of the email time or five hours of what you choose. (I’m 800 m away) * when you call to find out where your order is, the answer is always that it just left and will reach you very soon. I have waited until the next day without seeing it. * very likely what comes is only part of what you ordered. But the staff are nice kids, delivery is free, and it does save you some trouble.
