Awesome
Awesome app. Pretty easy to use. Some products can be a bit touchy to find. However I can usually find everything I’m looking for. Big Bear has great staff. They will always make your order right.

Great store with large variety and delivery service
Glad to have big bear in the community. Very nice selection, and I have always been impressed by the quick & kind service. App is easy to use.

Why is there only a handful of products available??
As a customer of Big Bear I am frustrated that they always run promotions (10, 20, 30% off if you order on the app ) and when you try the app you only see a small handful of products vs going into their stores and finding hundreds. Definitely feel it’s a rip off to ask customers to save by ordering online and then offering next to nothing for them to order.
