Absolutely terrible betting app. The odds are consistently some of the worst I’ve seen. A selection paying around $3.00 on other bookmakers is often only around $1.80 on BetFocus. Even short-priced favourites are noticeably lower than competitors, which means you’re getting far less value on every bet. Their so-called promotions and “deposit matches” are incredibly misleading. They’ll advertise something like a 10% deposit match up to $500, but to actually receive the full $500 bonus bet you’d need to deposit an enormous amount of money. It’s designed to look generous when, in reality, very few customers could ever benefit from the maximum offer. There’s also little to no loyalty for regular customers. Long-term users get next to nothing compared to what other betting apps offer. If you enjoy getting the best odds and genuine value, look elsewhere. BetFocus offers poor prices, weak promotions, and very little incentive to stay. I won’t be using this app again.

WARNING DO NOT BET WITH THEM PLEASE I requested a withdrawal and a few days later still nothing, so I see that it failed but they held my funds and failed to even notify me of this. I contact live chat and miraculously they say “oh yes your banking details are wrong, can you correct them” so I “correct” my banking details and they ask for a screenshot of my account number and bsb to confirm. Few days go by and still nothing. I login for about 10 seconds and I get the same alert which then the app refreshes and I no longer can login? Account disabled, contact live chat. Here I am contacting live chat but surprise surprise they ignore me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Betfocus is exceptional Customer Service. They pay out with in hours. The fixed prices on horses are fair and they other best of 3 totes. They also care about responsible gambling and check in to see if you are ok. The support is fast and sincere. They make you feel safe gambling online with them. I can’t recommend them enough.
