Terrible customer experience. After trying to withdraw money from a legitimate winning bet, my account was suddenly suspended and my funds were withheld. Despite providing ID, bank details and multiple documents proving ownership of the account and deposits, WizBet refused to explain what alleged breach had occurred or what exactly they were investigating. Instead, they repeatedly demanded additional documents and a very broad statutory declarations before releasing the money. Only after months of back-and-forth, escalating the matter to regulators and ultimately being forced to provide unnecessary statutory declarations did they finally agree to return the funds. The lack of transparency and communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. Customers deserve clear explanations when their money is being withheld. I would strongly recommend caution before using this platform.

Was betting with them for 4-5 weeks - my acct was down 17k with them over this period - but I had one day of recouping $5k back and I immediately get banned on all sports and promos moving forward. But hey, I’m allowed to keep betting horses bc that’s what these “bookies” do. Said it was traders discretion lol It’s getting to the point where all bookies in Australia are frauds and akin to a Ponzi scheme. I’ve just about had enough and this last bad experience has made me to decide to quit the punt for life. Thanks Wizbet for opening my eyes. Avoid. But, just don’t bet in Australia. You can no longer win.
