Best Deal Car Service

What is the point of having the app if it consistently glitches? You put in your CC info, it “charges” you an amount to verify and when you request the ride -it keeps closing out, tells you it cannot access pricing and consistently changes the seating. No big deal, right -just call the base ONLY to have no1 pick up and be on hold for over 20 minutes!!! How are you offering “top tier service” in the aftermath of a winter storm and your services not working!!! Do BETTER!!!

I use the service all the time when a cab ride is needed. Weeks ago I entered my credit card information, I still end up paying cash as the card app is not working correctly. I had it set as a default payment method, and still I have no luck ????

You guys took off the coupons & most of time you never have cars available. The app need more improvement. As regular customer who take cabs should have more deals.
