Rainbow Car Service

Good morning, I don’t like to complain but the driver this morning was rude. The ride started off fine but then I noticed his driving was a little reckless for me. I understand he’s trying to make his money but I don’t want to be hurt in the process. All I said to your driver was that I wanted to get to work safe. He proceeds to ask me what did I say, I repeated myself, he then says in a hyper-tone manner what do you mean. I said sir I’m not doing this, this morning. I just want to get to work safely. He stated that if I felt uncomfortable to put on the seatbelt. I have no issue with that my problem is when he told me I talk to much. All I stated to this man was that “I want to get to work safe” there was no prior issues leading up to this exchange and this is how he speaks. It was very rude and it was totally unprofessional. I use your company often and I have had beautiful service but this was totally not called for.

I use "Rainbow" all the time. But I'd always call for a car on the phone. I had NO idea they have an app now, and that's just great! An already easy process has now been made even better! No matter where I am, I get picked-up in three or four minutes. Yes, they're THAT fast! 😀👍🏻 Super courteous & professional dispatchers & drivers, big clean safe & comfortable cars, you can't go wrong with "Rainbow"!
