I dont know how many times the app crash so i have to buy the ticket by phone even when i have one that my works buy for me. Every time is different problem either with the location of bus, either the bus is coming but goes to garage. App like this shouldn’t crash, because some people depends of this app for moving

There’s zero excuse in 2023 to put out an app this useless. The predecessor, BusPlus would at least accurately show the bus locations, this one is not even doing that much. More often than not, the stops would not list out the bus lines at all. The app lags a lot, is ridden with bugs, and inaccurate. Shameful, considering the promises made and all the delays prior to launching it.

Aplikacija je na samom početku i pored svih poteškoća nisam ni jednom bio u situaciji da zbog neuspeha pri korišćenju same aplikacije platim neku od kazni i ne stignem na očekivanu destinaciju. Smatram da prerano osudjujemo rad sistema koji nam je omogućio jeftinije karte i bolje usluge prevoza nakon 30 godina. Puna podrška i samo nastavite da nam ulepšavate ovaj divan grad.
