This was excellent value, timely - and I wish this app has a way to add the drivers tip!

Had a good experience a few times but mostly when you order it they either cancel last minute or drivers are unprofessional. One Tesla I drove recently had also a broken interior and looked dirty inside. My suggestion would be to inspect every car since its a premium service and find professional drivers who do not play loud music or drive unsafely. I know its not easy to find good drivers these days but a premium company should have an excellent HR manager.

Taxi drivers are not professional every time I ask for a taxi they never come I'm tired of ordering this one and not having a taxi available. the taxi drivers on this app are all lazy and don't want to work they never come when I contact them, I'm tired of asking for taxi several times and they never come in i see several cars available near my area but none of them ever come because they are lazy and don't want to work
