Yeah, the prior user interface had some awkward redundancy areas but it worked very well and was rather straightforward. Now I have to click another button to see all my bank accounts at once instead of just seeing them all upon login and the way the balance is listed within the accounts now does not read like a typical ledger-based layout. And to boot on the homepage there is an easy access button for me to apply for another account of which I don’t need and get to look at every single time I login. It is also terrible to have a blurry looking background encompassing the content of most every page I look at. How utterly annoying! Now I get eye strain just looking at their website.

I absolutely love Alpine Bank. From the start I was greeted and felt very comfortable when setting up my account a few years ago. When entering or going in the drive thru each experience is relaxed and at ease. Time has came when company’s made a mistake on automatic withdrawals like my internet or car payments an when that has happened and I contacted for help, I have always been supported. All my concerns were guided and fulfilled. Each member that has helped me so far has been extraordinary. I look forward to continuing my connection with them. I also do hope to start my business one day with Alpine Bank being our home bank. Thank you all so much. Charae Flores :)

Honestly, this bank is the best bank I’ve ever had in my life. I wish they’d start a branch in Utah because I can’t give up my Alpine Bank. Any issues, they’re quick to respond, and the Mobile app is so easy and efficient. When I was working overseas, it was so easy to manage my accounts and finances. I love that it’s locally based and community focused - you don’t get lost in the numbers like in big corporate banks. It’s been an honor to have them as my bank, so thank you! Especially to the teams in the Vail Valley and specifically Avon.
