This is terrible literally every other week I have to make a new password because it keeps telling me it is invalid yet it’s the same password I used 20 minutes before. This has happened so many times already it’s like the more you use it the sooner it wants you to make a new password very annoying Update: original it was just annoying now I have been locked out of my account I literally have used the same password every time I login and it randomly decided it won’t work any more and to lock my account now I don’t receive emails or texts so I have to go into the bank to verify myself even though I work during their business hours. Ridiculous bring back the old app

I preferred the old app. I’m not sure if others are experiencing this issue, but my settings reset every time I log in. The slideshow pops up as if it’s my first time accessing the app. Additionally, I have to activate fingerprint recognition EVERY time I log in, even though this should already be a set option. I also used to receive notifications whenever a transaction was attempted, but I’m no longer getting those alerts. If these issues could be fixed, the new app could be just as good as the old one.

No one likes change, this app would be much better if it had facial login instead of entering password every single time. I use this app frequently and it’s kind of a pain especially since you want to 12 digit password. First world problems, but you asked.
