The app never remembers my login data so about four times a week I have to redo everything. So frustrating.

The facial recognition only works for about a month then it doesn’t even try to use facial recognition. When I do log back in I have to set everything up again and fix all my settings and on the occasion that I forget my password or type it in wrong a few times I have to call just to reset my password; no way to do it online. I don’t have enough time to risk being put on hold for 30+ minutes.

This used to be my bank- only because I was there prior to their ownership- app seemed to be glitchy- never worked right- and I just didn’t feel the “customer service” like I did before Really don’t want to give this star-
