They use misleading marketing and promotion campaigns !!! I ordered tights from Calzedonia brand, there was a clear offer, Buy 3 get 4. So automatically i placed an order of 3 tights and i expected to receive the fourth tight for free. But today i received only three! When i contacted their customer service team, they answered the stupidest answer ever! They said yes, Buy 3 get 4 , means ; you should buy 4 and the fourth will be calculated as a free one!!! And they refused to help in this misunderstandings that happened due to the offer not being clarified appropriately yo users!! Shame on you! I know how to let the related authorities in UAE deal with you!

Items that are out of stock should not be available for purchase. It has happened to me a couple of times where i place an order then get informed almost a week later that the items are out of stock when i could have searched and purchased the items from somewhere else. When addressing the issue they claim that they have many orders and are under pressure but so do other online shopping platforms yet this issue has rarely happens anywhere else. I no longer trust azadea for online shopping as i will never know if i will receive my items, i can secure them from somewhere else with full confidence that i will receive them. If azadea doesn't update its platform and keep up with the development its going to lose many customers.
