AutoPilot: Hire Car Drivers

I was wrongly charged for a trip. Upon calling the customer care centre, the executive on call took note of the situation. Upon consulting with his senior, he asked me to pay the driver the amount shown on the app and promised that a refund would be initiated within 12-24 hours. It has been 2 days and no communication regarding refund has been made. What claims to be a ‘24x7’ customer support, does not even respond in business hours or Sundays. Upon calling the helpline, either you would be put on wait and eventually your call will be disconnected after 15 minutes or you would straightaway hear a message ‘agent not available’ and your call would be disconnected. They use the ‘Cars24’ brand name but operate like a ‘LaLa’ company.

I am really amazed by this application. Never thought booking drivers would get so easy in Bangalore. Amazing quick response from the application, drivers gets allocated almost all the time. Keep up the good work. I am sure with this you will be the top driver booking app. To be honest, no other application is doing this the right way so far. You are doing it well. The drivers are well spoken, they sometimes know 2-3 languages including English. This is super to communicate. Also we get live location of the driver when he is driving on the application. Amazing. Really impressed by this app. Just don’t let the application die down. You are really helpful for elderly parents like mine.

I am a busy guy who travels a lot for office work and I hate taking Uber and Ola. I have used their driver services when I have to attend calls while on my way to work. Their drivers are professional and understand little nuisances of driving well. Beginning I was scared not to let anyone else drive my car but after using their services few times, I am kind of getting used to it as it’s saves lot of time and anxiety for me and plus I can do my office work while travelling. They need to have an option of requesting same driver back while booking next car.
