CARS24 UAE: Used cars, Drivers

For someone who was very hesitant to buy a car in the UAE due to the bad stories I heard from friends and relatives dealing with car dealers, I had the exact opposite experience with 24Cars! I was very comfortable dealing with them knowing they are very known company with great reputation and encouraged me to approach them. Aside from all the benefits that someone get when buying a car from them such as 2 years warranty, 1 year insurance covered, 7 days return policy with full refund, etc but the level of trust and honesty is super awesome! They’re not afraid or hesitant to share even the minor imperfections about the car. Another a major aspect of the experience is that really hassle free! They do actually deliver the freaking car to your doorstep and you get to test drive it and take it for a run and see if it meets your expectations. Last but not least, the test drive associate that they have sent me “Haider” was the best person for this task as he really tested the car for me to its full limits checking all aspects that be breaks, accelerations, safety features, suspension system, drive modes and list goes on an on… Thank you 24Cars for the delightful experience and thank you Haider for the test drive journey and surly 100% recommend this company for all my friends, relatives and people in general to deal with them. It does not get said enough, Thank you!

First time user and buyer…Love the simplicity and the car selection! Was able to book a test drive and have it all done from the comfort of my own home simply. Mithun was very helpful and friendly, great guide to have along side and very accommodating. Really enjoyed the service and recommend this company! Website needs to be improved for documentation upload (as it is all done via app), but app worked just fine. In summary I highly recommend this company to all.

From the very beginning I had a very bad experience- first they charged my ccard twice to boom the car - they couldn’t find the booking in the system they had to manually register it - their commercial on instant loans is a full lie - it took over 3 weeks to get it done from a bank which I already have a credit line - then insurance - it took over a week to get a quotation- after that the car registered but this time the delivery of the car - the relationship manager has no clue on when the car to be delivered - they said yesterday became tomorrow this hour then after 4 after that time they have stopped responding calls and still no car delivered yet after 30 days!!! If I were a buyer I would stick to good old ways of buying a car and ignore this company totally!!! Total waste of time and money! Seriously not worth the hassle!!
