I haven’t been a customer of this company for very long but I would not recommend in a million years. After dealing with this app that never works, being forced to pay off my balance by logging on through my browser. I get a random email that they have went ahead and sold my account to a debt collector!! Mind you they did this without warning and not clearing this with me. I have been paying my bill and was trying to clear my account when suddenly they decide to sell my account to a partner debt collector. It feels like a scam to keep you in debt and they reel you in with a small line of credit that suddenly gets out of control the moment you try and clear the account! BEWARE!!

I was a dedicated customers for several years never missed a payment until this year. I started having problems with my personal bank yet I still maintained payment. They kept saying that my payments were suspicious when I was making them so they closed all three of my accounts this year after building up my credit with three different credit cards they closed all three accounts this year for me paying off my balance is earlier than anticipated or expected, and then reusing my credit to build the points on one of the cards so they closed all three saying it was suspicious. I don’t think they like the fact that I paid off my balances before they could charge me interest on them and that’s why they close my account. I find that this company does unfair business practices concerning extending credit and allowing people to pay off their balances early to avoid the interest being tacked on, I would actually avoid doing business with this company because of their unfair practices concerning closing people’s accounts, especially without warning or notice or even attempting to call to rectify the situation before they just automatically close the account this company is impersonal and does not value its customers at all in any way possible avoid this company at all cost

I was a customer. I never missed a payment. They increased my limit one month and then shut my card off the next claiming there was fraud. I called and couldn’t understand them. They bounced me around on the phone to others I couldn’t understand. Finally, they made up fraud reason. (There was never fraud). And why would I be punished for their lack of security?? This company lies and steals your money. WATCH your account closely!!! You can’t afford to start off wrong if you’re trying to better yourself. THIS ISN’T the help you think you need.
