Arzooo B2B for retail stores

I'm a retailer from Madurai, Tamilnadu. I advise to all new retailer in arzoo, don't buy anything from them.. totally irresponsible, worst delivery items, damaged piece not recover back, delivered items differ from ordered items. Worst communication ..very low grade company.. looting dealers amount by showing low price on app.. Received damaged refrigerator, different dispenser, 3 months still no replacement and no refund process.. avoid ARZOO . If Star rating have less than zero options, I will give -

Don't use this app for any purchase. I am a retailer and have ordered few things out of which got 2 washing machine were damaged which I returned on the spot and got refund after 1 month as well as one machine of godrej I ordered on 27th sep whereas it got updated in app that it got shipped on 16th nov and till now that is 14th dec 2021 I haven’t received the product. Now, I raise a complaint again and they are saying that we will refund your money. This app used my money for almost 3 months and they are refunding just my money without any compensation. What the hell. I called their sales executive many a times but he neither respond to my calls nor called me back. Highly dissatisfied from arzoo..

I’m a retailer We have order for few items on 27th sep and my order was divided in to 4 to 5 bills with different sellers and they mentioned some items reach on oct 2 and some by 5th The delivery was huge delayed 3 rd lot received as cartoon damage from one supplier the same told to Arzoo they said we accept only physical damage and not changed , after 2 days around 15th one more bill items received that was fully damaged and the cartoon damage covered with red tapes this I have shared to them don’t know what they take action And one more consignment not received till now Paid the the amount on 27th September today is 18th oct not received Finally I say paying amount before and waiting for stocks with huge delay and received as a damage .. is really headache
