This platform is horrible. The quality and the sound is terrible. The content is incredibly weak. I also made the subscription in order to watch WWE but you have to watch PLEs in greek which they assured me that would not happen when I asked them. When i asked to cancel my subscription once I learned they told me I would not get a refund even though they had lied to me. Furthermore, they don’t even have a phone line so every little thing you need, you need to email them and they may never come back to you(happened to me). Everything about this service is laughable and I’m glad Netflix aquired WWE rights so I don’t have to renew. Not that i would have, even if I had to.

In F1 the image quality is very bad both on live broadcast and especially in replay. So low res that you cannot read text on the screen. When the race is over it is not available for rewatch it is not immediately stored. You have to wait for hours to have it available while in all platforms live programs are immediately available. When you are watching live you cannot pause and go back or continue later. The chatbot in FB gives stupid pre-packed answers that are not helpful. Very disappointing quality for a content platform. They leverage their exclusivity in F1 and sell trashy experience to the viewer.

We’re talking about an app that cannot provide any type of subscription service to a more than 1 star level. I’ve had the “F1 Pack” and had paid a sum of €29,99. Obviously I was never going to renew my subscription because my overall experience can be described at best, unpleasant. With that said, I received an email a couple of days ago about a renewal for a new pack named “Ant1plus Value Pack”. Obviously I was scammed, into renewing without any warning to a new pack with a totally different name, content, and the price of €39,99. Though it is important to mention, the the meaning of the word “renewal” is when you are paying the new given price for the same content and pack. When paying for a new and different pack and its contents, it is a totally different transaction and not a “renewal”, just like Ant1plus has failed to comprehend. Following that, I obviously contacted the so called “Ant1plus support” demanding an explanation and an obvious immediate return of my hardly earned money. The answer that followed was a copy and pasted message, clearly stating that my request of an immediate return of money would not occur. At the end of the day, I was forced into accepting that I had been scammed, but I should have not expected anything more by a 0/5 star subscription platform, that has failed to deliver to its viewers what was promised. Just a few mentions are the“World Cup” event and the “Formula 1 Championship” in which you could not play on any Samsung TV and sometimes on an iPhone. Allow me to also not forget the part where the app completely crashed throughout the duration of the “World Cup” and Ant1plus compensated its viewers with another subscription, to a full access of their uninteresting and “not what we paid to see” contents. I hope my €39,99 “renewal” made the Ant1 channel richer.
