I needed to report an outage but this update did its best to not let me do anything. - first I was forced to get this new version. You know what happens when power is out…the Internet is down. Living in a rural area with spotty phone service on clear days then took 10-15 minutes rather the 10 seconds on WiFi. - then I used FaceId to login but it wanted me to create a new account with a page of data even though I have an account. - I went back to the Home Screen to login without FaceID and it hung trying to log me out - After restarting the app, I went directly to the Outage tab where it told me my phone/address didn’t match their records. Luckily it worked the second time.

It’s a shame that the app doesn’t always log out properly. You log out, then when you come back another time, instead of “now authorizing” you get “logging off”. What? I already completely logged off and even waited a minute before closing out app as it shows me as logged out. Yep, then next day open and “logging off” message again! Have to shut down device so app refreshed.

They have horrific customer service they offered me a free thermostat that wasn’t free and put me in an program that I knew nothing about and charged me for it each month. Thermostat isn’t free they go up on your bill once get it. Then if you struggle paying the bill they shut the thermostat off wickedness. Do not accept any free thermostat not free. They will charge you for it in your bill. This company is wicked they control your thermostat as well so they put your stuff on what they want it on this will cause you to get sick of heat exhaustion in summer time or hypothermia in the winter time. What a wicked company. I hope this company goes out of business for being so wicked. Then since I live in Berkeley looks like I’m paying Berkeley bill from Berkeley foolishness. All these charges and we are paying for energy efficient charges for what I didn’t tell them to charge me for that foolishness who asked them to put that charge on my bill who is it helping not me it’s putting me in more debt.
