Me and other customers, I think hoping the prices will be studied and some trying from you to help people help your customers

I booked two hotels at two different destinations (Paris and Amsterdam), the two booking were specified “with view” for additional amounts $ however the two hotels confirmed that the booking is based on room with no view. When I raised a complaint about that, the smart customer service replied that I got a room with view just because it has windows! I believe any hotel room will be with either with view or without view. But I was charged for view and got a room with a window over machines. لا تدفعون زيادة على غرف باطلالات لأنها كذب، دفعت زيادة ووصلت الفندق وقالي الحجز بدون اطلاله ولما كلمتهم قالو لي الا انت اخذت غرفه فيها اطلاله بغض النظر وش الاطلاله. تجربة سيئه جداً ولن تتكرر معهم وخدمة العملاء عبيطين ويستغبونك اشك انهم من ذيك الجنسية اللي تستعبط عشان تنهب فلوسك

While I appreciate the generous discounts and offers for other bank card holders, I found the app to be seriously plagued with tons of bugs and stability issues. For instance, I couldn't add Apple Wallet booked stays to my phone, and the rebook button for completed trips didn't function to rebook the same stay. Instead, I had to start over with an entirely new booking. Moreover, when entering OTP codes, I had to add them individually, and I couldn't copy and paste directly for the desired points amount. The app also experienced slowdowns and frequent unresponsive issues. Overall, I'm disappointed with the app's performance and hope the developers can address these issues soon to improve the user experience.
