It's not just an overly basic app that doesn't share much information, as do other brands; but, its main 'BUG' is that it requires you to delete your Bluetooth wireless user connection and redo the pairing process, if you ever disconnect Bluetooth while it's connected. The message you'll get is that the device is offline/disconnected. Nothing you can do but start over. The Allpowers R1500 battery is pretty great - does what I need it to. Just wish this company would iron out the obvious.

I purchased the AllPowers R1500. Connect to Bluetooth, but doesn’t remember the device once you exit the app or if your phone goes back to sleep, very frustrating. Every time you go to look at it you have to reconnect the device. The Wi-Fi portion of it is completely unusable will not connect. Green check marks continue to just spiral never seems to fully connect. Because they have a great product they need to complete redo the app. For such great products that all powers has, it’s a shame the app is so bad. Just look at EcoFlow’s app will probably end up just selling this R1500 unit and going with an Eco flow unit due to EcoFlow app is extremely user-friendly.

I reviewed your his app about a month ago, and my review was never posted…. Not sure if the developers delete reviews, or what. Either way, I’ll try again. This app works well to access the features on the r600 power station. It refuses to remember previously connected stations, though. You have to repair every time. It seems as though a few fundamental features/settings have been removed from the app (high power mode, etc.). I’m not sure what the social media-like format under your profile is for. You can’t post anything publicly, so why show “followers”? The app does not tell you how long you have until the station is fully charged, just a battery percentage and remaining battery life. The station shows how long until a full charge. I’ve also noticed a discrepancy in the battery charge state on the app vs. what the station shows, occasionally. All in all, it he app is helpful, and necessary, if you want to access the features on your station, as most aren’t accessible on the station itself.
