After numerous ongoing issues over 2 years with a SBV 6400 the last straw was a firmware upgrade via the app which then knocked out any input charging capability via the grid/home power. The unit was returned (again) after having to jump through hoops with a now VERY poor customer service experience which still after months of patiently waiting we have still not been credited for over 4K! Their so-called warranty seems to be worthless. Would highly recommend after our experiences and many others online looking at other reputable manufacturers.

I would like my SBP 1500 to notify me when the battery reaches a certain level. Currently, it only creates an in-app notification, but doesn’t generate a system-level notification, so it’s really useless to me unless I’m constantly opening the app.

The developers definitely read the reviews and fixing the bugs ) Thanks. Here are some bugs: - when resetting the password and say yes to “save the login and pass to keychain” it saves it wrong way so that later it places the pass to both, the login and to the pass fields. The saved login is ignored. - when charging time is 1.4 hours on the device itself, the app says charging time is 14 min )
