I’m genuinely impressed by the premium graphics, voice features, and seamless facial recognition the app looks and feels top tier. However, the user experience falls apart the moment I log in. While the login itself is smooth, the app immediately begins to lag and hang post authentication. A simple transaction that should take seconds is currently taking 30 minutes to complete. It’s a beautiful interface, but the backend stability needs to be fixed to make it functional. Great potential here, but the performance bottlenecks are currently a dealbreaker.

Is frustrating and annoying, applied for a debit card and 2000 naira was deducted from my account, it's been up to 2 months now, and nothing has been delivered no phone call or any sign to show it's coming to me someday, again I have been restricted from login to the app while my money is still in there and I keep receiving deductions notification but they won't let me log in to the app, keep saying something is missing when everything is correct, I tried deleting the app and reinstall it as instructed by the customer care still to no avail, I need my money including the debit card I paid for, return the money to me if you can’t get the card to my destination, unlike the other banks,

Good app , nice features and all ... just need to improve the features are hanging , we don’t get to know if the service is down not to use for the main time or not ... we need upfront notifications and a also notifications when money has been credited but the app should also be enabled please do something the features are hanging the online debit card has not been loading this newly updated app ... I’m having real issue I feel like withdrawing from here
