Missing items again. I’ve told them multiple times to WhatsApp or confirm before sending if something isn't available. This time they missed 4 pieces of chicken and used "one missed call" from unofficial number that I wasn’t available as an excuse to deliver an incomplete order. Though the items were listed as in stock online! If the item is not available why don’t you remove it from online . Very poor communication and service. As a regular consumer I didn’t expect this kind of professional attitude from Al- Modina.

I bought Beef Boneless but they delivered beef with BONE!. I complained on the chat and they even do not read my chat!! NOT AMANAH. I paid beef bone less around 2.200 yen but they give with bone which is around 1.800 it’s like i got scammed by them
