Aisle: Cash Back Every Aisle

I have used Aisles since it was a website. When it works you can get some great deals and I have legitimately tried products on here and loved them and kept purchasing them. The problem is some products have refused to give me credit when I submit my receipt and then when I follow up with pictures of the product I bought that are the exact items in their picture and description they ghost you and just refuse to give credit, so back to the store they go. I’ve tried getting support from Aisles but they also usually ghost me so I don’t even mess with it anymore, I just take the product back to the store. I was recently given credit for a buck of products but it has been over a week and Aisles still has not Venmoed me for approved offers when they said 24-48 hours. This has happened to me several times over the last week when I tried using this app again after I got frustrated with it months ago so I will probably go back to barely using it. It’s a shame, when it works it’s great but some of the stores are kind of out of my way and having to return something is just a pain but they aren’t going to scam me into buying their product with their fake rebate.

UPDATE May 8, 2025: Issue 1 resolved. Issue 4 part 2 resolved (now deleted; was about searching for stores). Keep running into issue 3 though! 😩 So many items are not in stores as advertised through Aisle! Please address this and you’ll be 5 star worthy. 🤩 This is such a cool app! Literally just find your deal, buy the product, text your receipt, and get your refund/rebate in two or so days — super simple! Has all the stores and some really neat products. Shows the aisle the items can be found personalized to each store which is also super cool! There are BOGOs, full refunds, coupons, etc. Some things I’ve encountered that need improvement: 1) getting to the offers after you’ve been texted… if I accidentally delete the text thread, how do I get back to the offer? There is no way I see to re-start the offer in the app or get back to it again other than the initial text thread and once that’s gone it seems to just be gone for good? 😔 2) changed mind about an offer and decided I didn’t want it after signing up and there’s no way to clear or delete it from my saved list 3) items not sold at advertised stores /: This happens often. A store supposedly carries the product, but even on ones where it has the aisle you can find the item in, the product won’t be stocked in the stores. Very annoying! 4) missing a Search feature for deals. That would come in handy. (: Otherwise love this app for all the goodies and deals!

I’ve been using this app for a few months and it’s absolutely amazing. I’ve saved $100s of dollars with this app and i’ve gotten tons of free items! I love how easy and simple the app is to use and I appreciate how they always update and refresh the coupons! I wish more people knew about this app, it’s truly saved me so much money. I’ve got family and friends to try this app as well and it’s saved them tons of money too!
