This app is awful. It won’t connect to my ear cleaning device. I’ve tried on multiple different devices yet. It still won’t work or connect. It’s very frustrating that I spent my own money on this and I’m not even able to use it.

The 1.5 star score was concerning but after downloading for iOS I opened the app and followed instructions. Within 15 seconds I was looking inside my ear and releasing chunks of debris. The interface is pretty simple with a camera focus or wide angle option. Also found a button to switch the orientation of the camera to make right and left ear mining easier for my brain to move my fingers to match what the camera shows. I’m able to snap photos/videos of my healthy clear canal and eardrum. Liked the multiple soft sleeves for the scoop end of the device. Easy to use, hope the device will last awhile. Might go back to the store and grab a few more. I like this thing and actually feel relief from some sticky impacted wax chunks in my outer ear. The unit has a cheap lightweight plastic handle/body, but the fit and finish is kinda nice. The camera/scoop arm seems durable and seemingly light gauge stainless steel. Love the USB-C charge port and quick charging. Plenty of battery to get both ears fully excavated. I was even able to check and pop that pesky pimple just inside the flair of my nose. 8.9/10

Very easy set up took less than three minutes to set up if you follow instructions correctly. I did notice that sometimes you have to turn off your cellular data in order for the app to work on your phone so maybe people are having that problem. All you want is your Wi-Fi turned on and connect to the "Fongool Wi-Fi" and then restart the app. But I had no troubles on my end. Also excellent video quality!
