AI Note Taker - Voice to Notes

I purchased a lifetime membership for AI Note Taker, and this has turned into a completely unacceptable experience. The app no longer recognizes my lifetime membership, and despite trying to restore my purchase multiple times, I still cannot access what I paid for. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, attempted the restore process repeatedly, and nothing has worked. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have emailed the company three separate times asking for help, and not once have they responded. When a company is willing to take your money for a lifetime membership but cannot be bothered to provide basic support when something goes wrong, that raises serious concerns. At this point, I’m left wondering whether I’ve simply been scammed out of my money. Paying customers should not have to chase down access to a product they already purchased, especially when the company offers no communication or accountability. Extremely disappointing.

Very excited about ease of using app. Could have been a new go to tool if performance and functionality were consistent. Have run into a situation where the file cannot be shared nor filed for reference as intended. Also recording takes place but just disappeared. Leverage it for a few minutes and when it works it’s great but when it doesn’t it places you in a tough spot as you are left with nothing. Have recommended to others but will have to share the disappointing. Not happy I purchased lifetime as now I am out of money with a poor functioning app and forced to for another app. If functionality and consistency could be improved would easy 5 star.

The app itself is good I like to use to take biology notes and sometimes a little joke but I am wondering if for an update if you could have the app add photos like when it says "this is a lipid" it generates a photo of a lipid as well I feel that would be a very good idea for an update
