Interesting game but it has some bugs

I have played mini games from this genre and this is practically the best one I have played so far. But there are many bugs and kinks that need to be worked out like the arcane labyrinth. I know it’s supposed to be fun and challenging. (Not really), But it is nearly impossible I have no idea how many Dura Tears I have used. I’m reading most of the reviews and them telling the people that they can’t even get past the loading screen but I really have no problems with that. I do have some bugs to where it would completely kick me off of the game when I am battling someone in the arena of heroes. There are also some times where I’m chatting with someone it would kick me off of the game entirely or the bar switching between the chat and the battles would completely disappear. It’s a very good game but the iOS version is very buggy and I beg of you to please fix it to make the experience better for all IOS players. It is a very good game otherwise but for some reason why people lash out on others in chat when they don’t get the character they want or when their character dies in the arcane labyrinth which I think makes absolutely no sense some of the people are really toxic but I digress this has nothing to do with the game again just please fix the bugs and maybe change your personalities too. 😚🥰😋😤🥺

A Well Made Game

Hello. First off, I would like to say that this game is probably one of the best of its kind. There are many things to do within the game, you almost never get bored. I have been playing for a month now, probably the longest I’ve ever played a game like this, considering I get bored of the games, or get stuck and forced to spend money. I’m actually thinking of buying a couple skins, just to support the developers. I love how there are automatic battles, so you aren’t constantly clicking on characters making them battle and stuff like that. The way the battles are, you only have to worry about two things, formation and sometimes, luck. I’ve heard people say that lab is too hard, so if you are reading this first off look in the chat, higher level people will sometimes be asking for friends, friend them and apply for mercenaries. Also, always do the battles with higher combat ratings. That way you can build up your rating and make the battles easier. Sorry for the quick rant(?) about lab, just thought I’d throw my method out there. Another thing I really enjoy about this game is the chat and community. Yes, some chat channels do get inappropriate, but the one I recently moved to is very quiet, and most of the time are only advertising their guild, or roleplaying. The reason I like community is because I can ask questions and even use the search engine if I want a specific answer about an event going on or something of the sort. That about wraps it up for my review, overall 9.8/10, would definitely recommend to friends.

Not too bad

The game isn’t too bad. It’s refreshing to play a game with littler effort for materials/exp/money when all you have to do is just collect it after a set time. Wake up in the morning and collect my afk rewards. Go to work, maybe it’s kinda slow, collect my rewards that've been built up. It’s really easy honestly. I’m not big on PvP so I can’t comment on that, but for pve it’s not bad either. There is a grind to get your characters leveled up to be able to continue the main story as well as dungeons that pop weekly, but the grind isn’t bad unlike other games. Most of the grinding is just waiting tbh. There is a cash shop as with all f2p games and yes, it does give you an edge with certain characters you can purchase or materials you can grab instead of waiting, but some of the best characters in the game are acquired by the RNG gods without money. I read there are trials that you can complete after the story that reward you with high tier stuff as well as special items and furniture sets that increase your characters attributes, but I haven’t gotten that far yet. I can see the amount of hours people dump into the game, but I really only play when I’m bored or waiting for something. All in all, not a bad game. My wife and I both play and remind each other to collect our dailies so we can keep trucking along in the game. I’d say 8/10. Artwork is really well done. Animations are cute. Battles aren’t too complex (but can be later on depending on positioning and “this defeats that but is weak to this” kinda play)

Very F2P-friendly, but waiting mechanics may try your patience.

A very pretty hero-collector game with lovely art and a few unique twists. Rather than building a large stable of leveled heroes, your early game should focus on building just a handful of strong heroes. Why? Because Hero EXP is one of the most annoyingly difficult resources to obtain in the game. You can acquire it most easily by progressing through the main campaign and waiting for the AFK mechanics to stock your treasure chest, but that’s about it. In the main campaign you will hit that leveling wall FAST and then it becomes a waiting game while the AFK mechanics farm Hero EXP for you. FORTUNATELY, there are some really great things about this game that help ease the pain: 1) Top-tier heroes are available to purchase with easily-obtainable Labyrinth points and/or by doing simple tasks like sharing on social media; 2) A “restore” function lets you reset a hero to level 1 and reclaim all the resources you spent on them in case a better hero comes along; 3) The “resonator” allows you to SHARE YOUR HERO LEVELS so that if you have at least five leveled heroes, you can “resonate” the level of your heroes with other heroes in your collection, and 4) The games’ built-in forums are full of friendly people who make starter guides, F2P guides, and answer newbie questions. As with many similar games, the monetization is there at every turn, but it’s not nearly as in-your-face as some other games (*cough*Three*Kingdoms*cough*). There seems to be a dedicated F2P player base and I am thoroughly enjoying my F2P experience so far.

Just started and liking it so far

Usually I don’t play much mobile games, but this one caught my attention. I have played afk games before but this one is different in the sense that the feeling of waiting.. is rewarding. I know sounds funny but I actually enjoy the games mechanics. The longer you wait the more resources you collect to equip your heroes and level them up. You can choose to spend real money to buy gems which can be used to get better heroes and gear which sounds like a bad thing, expect it’s not. The deals they offer is actually not that bad with specials popping up so every often and new deals coming out daily. The other thing I like about this game is that if you truly just want to grind your way to success, you can you just have to be determined to do so. Another cool concept which is new to me is the ability to pay for one of two subscriptions. The normal monthly which rewards you with a pretty sum of gems for the price tag of $5 a month (not that bad considering the amount you will receive overall) and the premium subscription which is $15 (insanely high amount of gems rewarded, around 120,000 which is about $100 dollars worth upfront if you think about it) overall, I’m a fan of the game and I’ll continue on playing.

One frustrating problem.

This is one of the best games of this genre, all the others I have stopped playing but this is lasting so far. I downloaded after the annoying persistent advertisement. Keeps me busy, it’s much easier to do daily and weekly quests and all that. There’s so much to do. I’d say I’m progressing very well for not paying any money, just making sure I check in. Everything is great. EXCEPT, the arcane labyrinth has become darn near impossible. I understand it’s supposed to scale up with your progress, but there’s been twice now that I can’t get past level two of the labyrinth no how many Dura’s Tears I use. The reason I’m writing this review is because I almost finished the level two boss five minutes ago, but there’s one hero I cannot beat. After using Dura’s Tears twice, my teams of five cannot get this lvl 160 Antandra to half health before she singlehandedly destroys alllll of my hero’s, twice. I can’t imagine floor three at this point. My highest hero’s are level 120 and I feel the only way to break this limit is to pay money. All my Resonating Crystal hero’s are like level 111. This is the kinda thing that makes the game monotonous. I cannot for the life of me beat this one hero with everything that I’ve worked towards, and I don’t wanna pay any money. Other than that the game is fantastic
