Mythic Heroes: Idle RPG

I’ve had this game for a couple years now and I have enjoyed it to the fullest. There’s tons of free rewards and if you do pay, even just a little, you can get so much from a tiny purchase. Honestly, I have no complaints, it’s just a well-made and super fun game. I’ve paid lots on a ton of games. This game is the only one that has gotten me good results when it comes to the summoning feature. It’s super easy to get the characters you want, you can get SSRs and URs so easily and it makes the game enjoyable even for early game players. You can be level 1, level 10, level 50, anything and you’ll get the rewards just as easy as you did before. They give so much free stuff, it’s never pay-to-win. You can get Artemis and Lucifer both from the smallest purchases and they are some of the best characters you can get if you have the right teams. I have Artemis and Lucifer both, but I mainly use Artemis and she is super good in early and late game. You get Zeus from the very first chapter and he could last you the whole game. Powerful heroes are given to you for free and you can make a team from the first ones you get that is actually really good. There’s tons of ways to get stuff. Just a quick daily log in and it’s given you more stuff than any game will give you in an entire play through. Overall, I recommend this highly.

IGG is turning idle game which can be played casually at anytime into screen time contest with 2-3 hours of commitment per day to stay competitive. During weekly event - Dragon Trove, players are compiled to spend between 1-3 hours a day on the event to be competitive, excluding time required to do other stuffs. The Dragon Trove event quest can only be completed by occupying resource spots for 60 minutes per day during the 7 days weekly event. Other players can challenge and take over your spots. You need to constantly login to see if your spot is taken. It usually takes 2-3 hours to complete the daily quest if player wants to get a good result and go for the high reward spots. Moreover, the Dragon Trove event is heavily exploited with immunity timer. The spots with highest rewards are under immunity timer over 99% of the time during the 7 days event. Nothing is done to fix this and IGG continues to roll out the event over and over again. Lastly, the event is unfriendly towards new servers as it is global. You have no chance to win better rewards against older servers regardless of how much money you spend.

I’ve been looking for an idle game to play while I do other things, but I’m able to check my phone ever once in awhile, and Mythic Heroes covers just that! It has its usual farm enough resources to level, rank up with doubles, and gatcha feel. Its perfect for me because are enough play options other than the campaign when I do want to get on my phone. I like the visuals of the specials and it’s satisfying to watch when I’m actually looking. But 85% of the time it’s on idle with auto-stage advance on. I don’t like to be super drilled on my phone all the time. What’s great about this is game is that when you want to purely focus on it there’s hours of things to do, however leaving it idle is perfectly fine too. I think it has a great balance between the two. There is of course pay to win options. However, I feel like this game gives you loads of free stuff. I havent spent a dime and pulled some of the best heroes in the game and they give free summons all the time. I’m not sure how end game is yet but the early game is very enjoyable so far and I don’t feel like I need to spend money for any reason. Hopefully the devs continue to have great spawn rates and do not put a pay wall in front of the game. I’ll send an update review when I get to endgame!
