Last update does not update - it gives me a blank page with nothing on it included my saved data on the mobile app. Also when changing the tickets at the payments options I tried 3 different payments method and keep not accepting the payment either card or PayPal or debit card - please fix - also I would suggest a space for communicating with customer service from the app - right now you can’t and need to go on line to search for a link etc - not very user friendly when I’m trying to get assistance and change my ticket from my mobile app

Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece. We were traveling with 15lb bags that were not considered a small cabin bag so it cost an extra €60/person even though the app showed €27/person but it wouldn’t let us add it through there..

I tried to check in for my flight 9 hours before it departed and the app said check in was not available yet. I went online to the website and it didn’t work at all. Once I got to the airport the customer service said that the only way to check in was to pay a fee of 25€ per ticket. All because the app doesn’t work
