As a traveler anytime you book with a third party company always confirm your flight with the actual Airline, call! Mistakes happen, so do your part and double check always. As soon as you're able to check in, do so also! They have a bad rep not sure whyโฆI had zero problems!
They provide a countdown to order your tickets but the ticket is not protected. After charging, they are prone to revoke your purchase even after purchasing within their timing window. What this means is that the price advertised is not necessarily the price that is available. Additionally, while their business operates in the United States, their customer service is only accessible via international call. After they revoked the tickets I purchased, I was charged $63 dollars for calling customer service. They arenโt in the business of brokering tickets, they are in the business of hidden fees and disingenuous scams. Edit: I see the developer responded. Save your breath. As countless others have indicated, this app is a scam. Donโt trust it.
I and my girlfriend booked through Bravofly/BF 2 months ago. One of our legs is with AirBerlin. AirBerlin goes out of business yet BF never informs me. I only know this because my girlfriend got an email saying reservations are canceled. We then try to get an alternate flight with BF and they say they will inform us by email within 2 days. We did this twice and each time they send an email that we canโt even reply to saying there are no available flights. We are getting the runaround while our flight dates are arriving. They tell us we have to find alternate flights and to request a refund through AirBerlin. We pay BF money yet we must get a refund through AirBerlin. But only a refund through on that part of the leg?! Yet the other legs are still valid?! At this moment Iโm still on hold trying to solve this problem after 3 weeks, and with a new customer service each time...update....finished talking....they only can tell me they will put in a request for a refund, but get this, within seven days. My flight leaves in 11 days. Any new booking I get is going to end up costing probably double since the time is so short now. So now I wait on a possible refund that who knows if it will ever happen. Horrible customer service and obviously not an American-based company which they would never do something like this. Their management should be ashamed... and I find out it is a British-based company. They should know better than that! If you book with this company beware as they donโt have things well organized and up-to-date. And youโll be working with customer service that is obviously outsourced to Asia like the usual companies cutting financial corners, all at the customers on peril.
