For me it’s nice to read a simple, affordable, helpful and meaningful statement to help me with my mental health issues. The greedy corrupt medical corporations run by even greedier more corrupt insurance corporations miss diagnosed my mental health conditions for 60 years but always sent me a huge bill. Thanks for the daily simple words of wisdom. They help me.
I got this to add a little bit more positivity to my life in a way that was catered to people with ADHD. So far it’s nice and I don’t mind having to open the app to read what each affirmation is. One review said it eventually starts to repeat old affirmations, but I’ve had this for almost a week. I am so far everything is new. I’ve been saving all of them because I read another review from someone who wished they could look at old ones.
I’ve had this app for at least a month but I’m probably done with it. The idea gave me hope and dopamine but the execution was disappointing. Not every affirmation hit home and that’s okay but waiting for the next one was difficult on days I didn’t feel it. Being given a few options to choose from each day might be better for our brains. There’s no way set up the time you get your affirmations. Mine came at 6 pm which was not optimal. There’s a little note under each affirmation that says how many hours until the next but it’s never right which drives me a bit crazy. And now I’ve been getting the same affirmation every day for over a week. Soooo buggy to say the least.
