... my company pays for such a crappy app. You can't even use quotes and apostrophes when we're submitting postings. You get the crappy fallback "quote" markups that HTML5 solved five years ago, if not more than that. That is so outdated that it's not even funny. And I'm speaking as a programmer/web designer. If I want ANY kind of online help from your app on my phone, it REQUIRES that I have to use Microsoft Edge or the all invasive Chrome. Well, that's not an option on my iPhone, as Chrome has so many security problems that Apple recommends you don't use them. In fact, Edge isn't even an option on an iPhone. Period. So, I have no way to get online help using my phone. That's swell from a company that's charging my company megabucks. NOT! All in all, this app is not worth it. Whatever money my company is paying you to use your platform, it's definitely not worth it. And I can see why most of the the people at work hate it or simply don't use it after their orientation. The ROI is negative to the employee.

I am very disappointed with that app. My work uses it for employee recognition, which is a great thing to do, but this app is very good at telling me “session expired” and it has been doing this recently more. I attempt to login through the app multiple, and it accepts the login...just to load for a few seconds and say session has expired! I cannot even log in anymore! I tried to close the app out completely and also reinstall it, but it has been continuing! An app that is support to help make lives easier in the workplace is just making things more difficult, which is obviously my personal view. While I appreciate all this app can do, please work on a fix for this issue!

Before the recent update, you could look into your profile, check out the store, etc. now if you even attempt to check the options your session will expire. Forcing you to log back in only try again to have the session expiring. *update: Thankfully with the newest release the app now fully works.
