I love this app - the fact that the login process is made so easy is a dream for those of us who don’t love to remember a traditional username/password combo. You can also enable Face ID after logging in for the first time so it’s even easier to return. I love how user friendly the entire app is made! 10/10 would recommend.

I really like the biometric/Face ID and that it doesn’t require that I remember my user name or password to access the app. In addition, I like the ability to upload mu ID card since I don’t always care it with me.

The login process is beyond difficult. I'm not sure if it's a glitch, but I have been trying for over 30 minutes just to get in the app & it physically won't let you go any further than the email verification. It claims there are "instructions" in the email, but the only thing the email says is to click the link, which then takes you to the app store, so you open the app & it says you need to verify by email & cannot make it past that. Beyond frustrating
