Some of the actors response to people who are unintentionally unaware of their behavior such as asking questions about sexual identity for example in the scene where the guy was asking about a co worker being trans. The lady’s non verbal communication came off judgement even when her words were an appropriate response. Perhaps she could have responded with a more lighthearted attitude, acknowledged his curiosity, and insisted he ask him himself if he was truely interested in his co workers personal life. Maybe include training on the differences on nonverbal communication when standing up for what is right in the workplace, that way people will not feel defeated, intimidated, or scared they say the wrong thing, if they unintentionally say things that aren’t work appropriate. Again the words the actors say are great just the way it’s delivered can be nonverbally offensive for those who are still learning boundaries.

Very glitchy. Doesn’t smoothly interface with varied video and training clips, which causes many tasks to maintain an ‘Incomplete’ status. Part of that can be the error of the one posting the content into this program shell, but if the program itself had the guidelines and/or was more intuitive for the content contributors, it would make the experience more enjoyable. On a side note, it’s been recognized that while 75% of our learning comes through our vision, retention is only 20-30% with audio/visual and demonstration. There is a HUGE loss of opportunity for training by resorting to videos, as learning by doing jumps that number up to 75% retention. In the end, definitely use this as a resource for your company when it comes to having a resource for standards available to managers. However, if you’re using this for training purposes, you’re not setting up your employees with the best methods for them to achieve success.

I like the format , however I have an issue with my device. The section was not difficult to follow but the function made answering difficult, as movements generated the error alert requiring multiple back and forth attempts to complete the task. It became frustrating. I did not have issue in the prior years training.
